Re: starting this morning all Xfinity channels are getting TVAPP-00116. As mentioned, it's up to Xfinity, who built the app and provides the servers to which the app connects, to resolve this. Comcast will need to resolve this. All indications are it's on the Comcast end. Note: I am not a Roku employee.. Pandg costco

But basically it has to do with the logins and related blocks that may have caused. Main thing is, do some searching and try to correct before you contact them, but if it is TVAPP-00170, you will probably need their help. Don't give up, give them a chance.
